- COE
We believe that the success of every product depends on how well you define and relate to your target audience. We spend considerable time brainstorming with clients to define the ideal target audience through user personas.
Post identification of the target audience, our design team takes over to define the overall information architecture which involves creating storyboards, customer journey maps, user flow followed by prototyping and visual designs.
App development starts nearly parallel once the information architecture is in place and initial prototyping is available. The development is planned in various sprints depending on the size of the project and each sprint results in a tangible outcome that can be tested and analyzed. This helps in getting quick client feedback and implementing any changes right during the app development cycle.
The staging phase involves testing and packaging the application to make it production-ready. Our QA teams test the entire application for device/browser compatibility, security, performance and provide a sign-off for it to be made production-ready. An intermediate UAT phase is also provisioned where the client gets to see the final finished product and provides feedback before it is rolled out to the end customer.
Post the Go live, every product is provided dedicated support and maintenance services based on the terms of engagement. The maintenance involves both- application as well as infrastructure maintenance and support so that you can focus entirely on acquiring customers and growing revenues.
