The Business Analyst will translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories aligned with technical and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups to capture functional and non-functional needs
• Translate business needs into BRDs, process flows, and user stories for development teams working on microservices-based architectures
• Analyze existing platforms, identify overlaps, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation into unified digital ecosystems
• Map detailed workflows for core modules such as beneficiary/user management, service lifecycle management, grievance redressal, inspection processes, and system integrations
• Define acceptance criteria, data validation rules, and reporting metrics for KPIs and dashboards
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure wireframes, mockups, and layouts reflect user requirements and accessibility guidelines (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1)
• Work with technical architects and integration teams to validate API specifications, authentication flows, and RBAC configurations
• Support data mapping and migration plans involving relational, NoSQL, and search-indexing databases
• Ensure AI-powered tools (e.g., OCR for document verification, NLP for chatbot responses, analytics automation) are effectively aligned with business logic and user needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis for large-scale IT projects
