Brief

The platform, based on privacy and risk management, offers a wide range of Products catering to Privacy Program Management, Vendor Risk Management and Cyber Security Assessments, and Solutions such as Operational Due Diligence, Bank Network Management, Modern Slavery Act Compliance, and Privacy Regulations.

Problem Statement

The client had an existing technology team and wanted to onboard a technology partner who could work in tandem with their existing teams and help achieve product excellence in a fast-paced environment with utmost quality. The team wanted to create and launch a new product eying new markets and needed a partner that could accelerate development and was flexible and highly available to be able to work with the client’s team that operates in a different time zone.

Approach & Impact

Following an agile methodology, the Dew team worked in sync with clients in different time zones and built Vendor Management System- An advanced and flexible platform for aggregating vendor data, automating assessments and getting control over vendor risk management process. It has been expanded into multiple verticals incorporating new compliance norms; to offer a comprehensive solution. The team co-worked with the client’s teams and went through several stages of pivotal changes to the core product to reach the right product-market
