Dew Solutions certified as a Great Place to Work

It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Dew Solutions has earned the badge of  Great Place to Work®-certified company for the FY Dec 2020-Nov 2021. We feel honored to get this recognition, the ‘Gold Standard’ certification that thousands of organizations across the globe aspire to achieve.

Every year, over 10,000 organizations from over 60 countries participate to become a ‘Great Place to Work’ company and we are proud to have made it into their list. The organizations are assessed through two major factors called Trust Index© and Culture Audit© and would be certified as a Great Place to Work only if they match the criteria on each of the two factors.

As per Great Place to Work®, 70% or more of its employee respondents should rate the organization as a great workplace and its people practices should be rated 2.5 or more on a 5 point scale by Great Place to Work® Institute. Social Services Organisations, Small & Mid-Sized Organizations (with less than 500 employees), or Start-Ups (2–5 years since global incorporation) will be Great Place to Work-Certified™ if their people practices are rated 2 or more on the 5 point scale in addition to the employee feedback.

This was our very first attempt at applying to get GPTW-certified and we are extremely delighted that we achieved this milestone that symbolizes our energetic, high-trust, and high-performing culture. This certification will encourage us to grow as an IT-outsourcing company and excel in our domains besides maintaining employee satisfaction. We, at Dew, have always believed that great workplace culture is the mainstay of an organization and we always strive to make our workplace even better than yesterday for our employees.
