Application Design - UI/UX

Post identifying the target functionalities, our highly skilled design team takes the accountability to illustrate the overall information using a multitude of functions like creating storyboards, customer journey maps, wireframes, followed by prototypes and visual designs.

Application Development

Once the application architecture is in place, development is initiated and initial prototyping is available. It is planned in various sprints depending on the size of the project and each sprint results in a tangible outcome that gets tested and analyzed by the in-house quality assurance team. This helps in getting quick client feedback and implementing any changes right during the product development cycle.

Application Launch

The staging phase involves testing and packaging the application to make it production-ready. Our QA teams test the entire application for device/browser compatibility, security, performance, and provide a sign-off for it to be ready for production. An intermediate UAT phase is also provisioned where the client gets to check the final finished product and provide feedback accordingly before it is rolled out to the end customer.

Application Maintenance

Post testing, there is a provision for offering dedicated support and maintenance services based on the terms of engagement. The maintenance involves both the application as well as infrastructure maintenance and priority resolution support so that the client can keep the entire focus on acquiring customers and growing revenues. We work hard hand-in-hand with our clients for their success.
