Challenge - The client was looking to build a solution to monitor online payments and mitigate risk to avoid fraudulent transactions based on complex algorithms and scoring engine with a CSR panel to flag and hold such transactions and facilitate recovery.
Solution - The provided web-based solution enabled the client to enjoy such feature-reach functionality as online and offline scoring of transactions, create rules for scoring on the fly, simulate the rules to ensure a highly robust ruleset, flag fraudulent transactions, create CSR cases for transactions. Our team worked closely with the client's business team for in-depth un derstanding of the risk mitigation process and also came up with ideas to capture finer details to make the system efficient.
